Refund policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

Please understand that we do not accept returns as we cannot determine whether a product has been used or not. We do not accept refunds for reasosn such as “change of mind”. 

Please inspect your product upon receipt and before opening/use. In the unlikely event that it has arrived damaged please take photos and contact us at hello@mirameskincare.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost of return postage.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

*Please note, it may take up to 30 business days to process your refund once your item has been delivered to us.


100% Money-back Guarantee 

We believe in our product so much that we have a 100% money-back guarantee if you don’t see results within 60 days. In order to be eligible for the money-back guarantee you must meet the following conditions: 

  1. Apply the serum every night for 60 days. 
  2. Take a photo of your lashes prior to using Mírame lash serum and after 60 days of use. The photos will be required to have time stamps so we can verify the elapsed time. 

Please note that the money-back guarantee will only be provided for customers who contact Mírame Skincare within 3 months from the purchase date. 

We provide a full refund inclusive of standard shipping costs. In order to receive the full refund, the customer must return the product to Mírame Skincare and is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

The 100% money-back guarantee refund is capped at once per product. If you have ordered multiples, please make sure any other items are returned and are unused for a full refund.

Mírame Skincare reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently. 


Adverse Reactions

We do not offer refunds for any sensitivities/allergic reactions. 

Although these are rare, like any other cosmetic product, some users may be sensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients. If you have sensitive skin please discuss this with your doctor or dermatologist before making a purchase.
